Exclusive Rentals LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for FleetMargins. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order or subscription renewal payment, including the first charge after your free trial. This covers both monthly and annual subscriptions.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to request a refund, or email Info@rovaa.co for assistance. Include your account email, order reference if available, and payment date. Do not send your password or full card details.
Refund processing follows Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Trial and cancellation
The five-day Starter trial is free. Cancel before it ends to avoid the $14.99/month charge plus applicable tax. After a charge, the 30-day refund period above applies. You can cancel future renewals through Manage billing on the subscription page. If you want a refund and cancellation, state both in your request.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights to a refund, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed services. Requests outside the 30-day period will be considered under applicable law and Paddle's policies.
