1. Your agreement with us
FleetMargins is a car rental fleet ledger provided by Exclusive Rentals LLC ("we", "us", or "the seller"). These terms govern your use of FleetMargins, including vehicle records, expenses, receipt uploads, rental income, budgets, reports, and company workspace settings. You are contracting with Exclusive Rentals LLC for the service. By creating an account or continuing to use FleetMargins, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be of legal age to enter a contract and, if acting for a company, have authority to bind that company. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded by these terms.
2. Accounts and company access
Provide accurate account and company information and keep it current. Protect your login credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Company administrators control employee invitations, permissions, and workspace settings and must ensure their team uses the service lawfully.
3. Plans, trial and renewal
Prices are in USD, plus applicable tax: Starter supports up to 5 vehicles at $14.99/month or $149/year; Growth supports up to 20 vehicles at $29.99/month or $299/year; Pro supports up to 50 vehicles at $59.99/month or $599/year. Your selected billing frequency and total are shown at checkout.
The Starter monthly plan offers a free five-day trial. A payment method and your agreement to the future charge are required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to Starter at $14.99/month plus applicable tax. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency until canceled. Manage payment details and cancellation using Manage billing on the subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment processing, billing, taxes, subscription cancellation, and refund mechanics are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Exclusive Rentals LLC provides the FleetMargins software and product support.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use FleetMargins for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not introduce malware, interfere with security or availability, probe or access systems without authorization, scrape the service without permission, or attempt to bypass company isolation, access controls, or plan limits. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Ownership and your records
Exclusive Rentals LLC retains ownership of FleetMargins and its software, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your company's internal business within your plan.
You retain your rights in records, receipts, logos, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content only to provide, secure, and support the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads, including any personal data in receipts. Rights holders may report infringement to our contact email below; we may remove infringing content and suspend repeat infringers.
7. Service availability and business decisions
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues may affect availability. Verify your records, calculations, and reports and maintain independent copies of important business data. FleetMargins is a recordkeeping tool, not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent security or legal concerns may require immediate action. Ending access does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Contact us about available data retrieval or deletion options; retention is described in our Privacy Notice.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, including price changes before they apply to a renewal. The updated date appears above. Disputes are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights available to you.
